Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for patience while we improve our infrastructure to better serve you. International versions are unaffected. Addressing envelopes in Pro Series Professional

Want to have a professional looking "typed" addressed envelope for a pre year-end mailing to about 150 clients.... (vs using labels).

Is there a workaround in ProSeries that would allow me to do this?

I haven't found a workaround, but... If you only have 150 names, you might consider making and excel file with names and address and set up a Word envelope template. That way you can do a mail merge and choose whatever font you want. I do this with over 800 customers.

Tilt - thanks. I invested 2 hours yesterday entering (and verifying) that info from the inside address of a "year-end planning" letter that I had set up in Pro Series by modifying the 2007 standard letter. I'm asking the question after the fact.... would be nice if Pro Series would allow a list export feature to excel... and to inc lude a 2nd letter template (or a copy letter feature) to accommodate writing letters to groups of clients during the year. I noted a restore standard letter button... hope that works so that I have the original letter available for the tag alongs who have an aversion to filing timely.
