Adding Users for Quickbooks Premier

Hi, Yes you can setup your workstations with individual licenses.  I have helped many users do this.  What you will want to do is decide which one will host the company file (usually a server or your most powerful computer).  This one will be the host computer (or if your file is going to be on a server, there is an installation option for the database manager and you will not need an additional license but you cannot open the data file on the server). Make sure the file is in a shared folder and then install the other workstations and across the network you can open you file on each of your new licensed workstations.
