Adding new shareholder to S corp in NJ. What needs to be done?

I have a S corp registerd in NJ. I am 80% shareholder while my father is 20% (resident of TN). I want to give add my wife as 5% shareholder of corp and reduce mine by 75%.

- what do i need to do at NJ state level to make this official? Any specfic forms that I need to file?
- Do I need to file anything at Federal level?

Usually you have to file a paper with your state, where you register like "your state secretary of state" call them, they are usually helpful. For example in california, if this happen we will file new "statement of information" with ca secretary of state.
Also call your local "employement agency in state" you have to update with them too, they will give you the form number to submit with them and usually that is easy to fill.
If you have seller permit, then also update their by calling them.
Inform all your vendors, if possible
update with the business bank accoutnt.
check with your secretary of state with more rules.
