Add/Edit Multiple List Entries

But I do not have a "drop down" box for Chart of Accounts.  I only have vendors, customers, service items and non-inventory parts available in the LIST section. 

sorry -- I didn't read it close enough to see you were talking about accounts. You're right -- you can't do that with the Add/Edit List Multiples.

P.S.  In QuickBooks go to Help > Submit Feedback Online > Product Suggestion to let them know you're request.  The product managers get reports of the requests.

I may not have worded it as well as I could have, but I think the Pro-Advisors and people using it will figure it out   :^)

I'm not positive the product managers get the info posted in the community forum.  I do know they get everything submitted via the Product Suggestion under the QuickBooks help.

I did find a bit of a quicker way to see what corrections are needed and to get to the screen.

Reports>List>Account List

At this point you can modify the report as needed to see various information, then can just double click the item you need to fix and the Chart of Accounts box will open where you can make the change.  Not quite as easy as Add/Edit Multiple List, but easier than nothing.
