accountants copy assistance

I have a client that tried to do an accountant copy and used the wrong date. She needs to do another accountants copy but it will not let her back to create another one. What do i need to have her do to correct this?

The solution

She will need to remove the restrictions to do it all over again. Tell her to go to file>accountant's copy>client activities>remove restrictions.
