Accountants Copy
I am new to Quickbooks. My client has sent me an accountants copy via e-mail. How do I import this into my Premier Accounting 2009 program?

Go to File>Open or Restore>Convert an Accountant's Copy Transfer file. You won't be able to open it if the client created it in 2010 if you have 2009. I'd recommend you read the QB help menu to learn more about the Accountant's copy and what you can & cannot do and what will and will not go back.
