Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Account files locking key invalid

I am getting the message "Account files locking key invalid" go to www.proseries.com/support. Ofcourse when I go to the website and login, I am than told to call. However support is closed. Does anyone know how to fix this quickly????

Sorry Anna, One of the ProSeries files is damaged - support will need to help you rebuild the files. You will need to contact support for this one.
