We have Quickbooks Enterprise Contractor 9.0 Ever since we installed the field service (Corrigo) program we have numerous problems with the program having to abort be shut down and we lose any data we were working on Is anyone else having this also
Hi Donna, I work on Field Service Management and have not heard of data loss from any other customer. One thing you might check is whether your computer has sufficient resources to run the synchronization client.
You can check this by going to File>Corrigo Integration>About and then click the link that says Perform System Requirements Check. The results will display on the screen. It may be that you need to be running on a more powerful machine. If the system requirements check out then feel free to post again or call support direclty.
I checked the computer we run the program on its fine. I am the admin and the problem is on my computer where we do not use the corrigo program
