What type of Gross Receipts? All of mine transfer except Program Service, Misc, and Royalties. I use Screen 65 to enter those.

Gross membership dues (line 1 part I of 990 EZ and Line 2 of Part I of 199 return) and contributions received (line 2 part I of 990 EZ and line 3 of Part I of 199 return) are not transferring to CA 199 return part II Line 1 (2nd page). Only Gross Sales or receipts from other sources Part 1 is transferring to page 2 Part 2. line 7 Other income. I thought Part II had to list all income, but now realize Part II is probably not a complete listing of Gross Receipts. Is that correct, or should membership dues and contributions be listed in Line 1 or Part II? Please note, I tried to input these amounts at screen 65.011, but they still don't appear. Maybe they're not supposed to?
