I've seen this before. Select one employee and double check each of the pay period dates. If these are incorrect the data will not transfer to the Form 941 correctly. While doing this I would also double check each tax payment to make sure the period dates are correct on these. I am seeing tax checks with the period 1-1-11 to 12-31-11 on them. QuickBooks will put these into the period of the lastest date which may or may not be correct. Final word - be very mindful of the "from" and "to" pay period days both for the pay checks and the tax payments.
