You should go to the www.quickbooks.com/support website and search for this error code and how to resolve. Sorry that I am not more familiar with all the error codes.

I had to re-install Quickbooks on the PC. Went through hours of tech support and finally decided to try this on my own and it worked seemlessly.
When you insert your Quickbooks version disc the pop up screen comes up for the install it will give you a choice of repair or uninstall. You can try repair first but more than likely you will have to uninstall the software.
When re-installing quickbooks don't forget depending which computer is the host is what you will have to choose as the Install type. (Either client or server).
After installation you should be able to log in to your company file with no errors.
