This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! 3rd Party Software for custom machine shop

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 12.0: Manufacturing and Wholesale

I work with a machine shop that is looking for a 3rd party software to interact w/Enterprise. They currently have E2, but want a change. Needs are job routing, bill of materials, POs, inventory, etc all that interact with Enterprise. Suggestions?

Scoutsft:

If your product is listed in the Intuit Marketplace (as a Silver or Gold Developer) or the Intuit App Center, then if your product can provide a service that the user is asking for, you can respond and put a link to the listing in the Intuit web site. Never directly to your web site, nor can you include your email address in the message.

If your product is NOT listed in one of those Intuit sites, then you can create a posting in the "Classifieds" section of this forum, talking about your product and what it does, and how to contact you. Then in your response to someone you can refer them to THIS listing.

You don't want to paper the forum with "advertisements" as that will get you banned. If someone asks "I want something for a flower shop" and you answer "I don't know about this, but we have a great product for machine shops", that will get you banned. The forum doesn't want a lot of advertisements, but if your product truly answers the question and there isn't a feature in QB that will also answer that question, then you can post a reference as I describe above.
