Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). 2012 - Update required every time file is opened

US QuickBooks Premier : 2012: Accountant

QuickBooks Accountant 2012 alway requires an update to the file whenever I open a company (that's already been updated from an older version to 2012). The update takes 10-15 seconds. Not a huge amount of time but very annoying. Is there a fix?
