2012 Retail Ent Sol. Item cost/retail values

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 12.0: Retail

I have a client who has just upgraded to the 2012 Retail Edition of Enterprise Solutions. They are having problems with cost/retail valuation and pricing. Is anyone else having similar problems?

What kind of problems?

And, have you tried updating to the R3 release? It has a fix relating to price/cost updates and editing items (see my article on R3 at http://www.sleeter.com/blog/2011/10/quickbooks-2012-r3-released/)

Thanks. We ended up calling Pro Support and they got us the fix just about the time it was being released. All is well.
