2007 for Mac to 2012 for PC?

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : Older versions

I have a client who is currently running QB 2007 for Mac, and I need to upgrade her to QB 2012 for PC. Can I do this in one step?

Honestly, I'm hoping she can find her QB 2007 for PC disks, as she doesn't want to spend money upgrading her software for a business being mothballed, so any suggestions here would be great. (I can't give her my QB 2010 for PC, as it is my only current copy of QB).
