2006 update to 2009
I updated from 2006 QB pro to QB Pro 2009 know it reads the company file must be updated to work with this new version of QB how do I do it,

Go ahead and let it update the QB file. When you attempt to open the fiole that was last used in QB 2006 with QB 2009, it will give you the message that the company file needs to be updated. It will make you create a backup copy and then update the file for use in QB 2009, just let it update and then the file should be ready!
