I have a company with 2 checking accounts. I need to set both of the accounts up for payroll direct deposit, is that possible? If so how/where do I set the second up? Then how do I choose which account I am wanting to pay out of ?
Only one company account can be set up at a time for direct deposit transactions.

Do you have any suggestions to be able to do both accounts? It wont let me set up another file since it has the same EIN, right? I wonder if I set up the one account, do the verification. Edit the account, set up the other account and do the verification. If I go back to the original account, if it will make me do the verification again????
I just tried to do this to see if it is possible.
It looks like every time you change the company dd account, they will do a verification.
So it does not look like you could switch back and forth without the verification delay.
