1099 Deadline March 31, 2011 FREE EFILE

Avoid penalty - by filing 1099 if you have not done so.

Last day to efile your 1099's is March 31, 2011 check the website www.irs.gov

If you have not filed 1099 with the IRS here is the link to electronic filing 1099 for FREE. You can also print the 1099 forms. No need to purchase the 1099 and 1096 forms.

The Intuit 1099 E-File Service launched Jan 1, 2011. There is a fee for this service. QuickBooks Desktop 2011 and newer users can export their QB data into this online application and e-file to the IRS. The other copies can be printed on plain paper (no forms to buy).

This service can also be used by Intuit Online Payroll customers and any "standalone" user who has absolutely no Intuit products whatsoever.
