1099-C: Address in PS has to match hardcopy?

When you enter data in PS for a 1099-C is it the same as when entering data for a W-2... as in do you have to match the information printed on the actual hardcopy 1099-C?

My client moved so new address entered in PS which of course flows through to all worksheets. I'm entering a 1099-C into the worksheet and it flowed the new address,however hardcopy 1099-C has old address - do I change the address on the 1099-C worksheet to match the hardcopy?
