CPA Compiled Statements needed fast WA State

I am a Certified ProAdvisor on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. My client, a small construction company, needs to get  CPA Compiled Financial Statements within 10 days in order to qualify for a bond on an upcoming bid. Disclosures are required but not comparatives. Last CPA statements were done June 30, 2008. We will also need annual reviews starting with 12/31/09. The few local CPAs are too busy

The books are in good shape. I thoroughly cleaned up and rereconciled all accounts, payroll and sales tax from Jan 1, 2008 forward. Is this realistic at all? Can anyone help or suggest the best way to find a CPA?
