Bad debt
My client has a customer that is not paying past due invoices. How can we ding their credit?

Has your client exhausted all attempts to work with them, "dinging credit" is a good way to never get paid if the customer is having money problems. Your client needs to be able to verify the debt before he "dings" anything. I had a client who reported negative credit and the individual sued him (and won) because it was never personally guaranteed. Be careful.
