Word getting error message
When opening a word doent directly from DMS, an error message appears (not 100% of the time but greater than 50%) telling us that the file is in use by another user. We know this is not the case. Closing word and trying again works sporadically. Anyone else having this issue? Seems to have occurred in the last week. Updated DMS and ran a data base maintenance. Seems to be a system wide issue between DMS and Word.
