Rotating Pages & Searching in DMS
The pages in DMS still do not rotate correctly. Also, it would be nice to be able to search in DMS documents instead of just finding a document itself thru the search feature.

The rotation issue is a known defect. We expect to have an update out shortly. Search is limited to the things listed like name, date modified, etc. We do not do an OCR scan of the document so searching within files is not available. Definitely an opportunity for future versions.
The smarter we get, the more dangerous we become.

If OCR could be acheived without increasing the file size I'd be all for it. If it makes the files any bigger, though, please give me a choice.

File size may be a concern to us too although we have about 2,000 clients currently in our DMS database with between 3-7 years data for over 9 Gig space in it but we have not had any issues with too large of a file thus far anyway. We don't like the idea of splitting up the database by Partner since it would require the staff to have to remember who does what client.
