QB 2010 Sync Problems
Customer Manager DesktopMy QB 2010 Premier will not sync with my QB Customer Manager 2.5.. After upgrading from 2009 Premier, I now get an error message when I try to sync the two. I can sync QBCM With Outlook with no problems

What is the error you are getting in Sync? You can look into SyncManager for error details.

Good Morning Sumit. When I sync, the process goes through all the motions and starts. In the last phase I get an error message 3250 that states "this feature is not enabled or available in this version of Quickbooks." I have tried clearing the links and reconnecting with no results. All of the other linked features, such as create a sales order, seem to work, so the two seem to be linked in that respect. I know intuit is pushing a new online version of Customer Manager, but that would not be a good fit for my company as we have lost internet service for as long as 2 weeks during storms, etc.

this was reported in November and you still have NO solutions???
