Communication Manager Summary

I was reading a post here recently dated March 12 from a user in California that was having a problem with the Comm. Manager Post Transmission Summary pop up. It used to open only for the person doing the efiling after an update it was opening for anyone working in the program.LacerteGuru replied suggesting the use of the "force inbox processing" by right clicking on the client list.We started having this problem a couple of days ago, I talked to a suppport tech. and she said the "force inbox processing" was for people that had problems with efiling. Which we aren't.Now the thread is gone. Anyone else having a similiar problem.

The post transmission summary is designed to just tell you what took place during the connection. So if you are on a machine that transmitted e-files, that machine should receive the acks. For most everythiing else, it will inform you of new bulletins and e-mail received.

The smarter we get, the more dangerous we become.
