Created, Last Modified Dates Reset to Date Dragged into DMS

Whenever you drag an MS Office document into Lacerte it resets the created date, last modified date, and last accessed date to the date you drag it into the DMS. Not very helpful if you rely on these dates for other purposes.Any way around this?

Change your system date or include the date in your naming structure. DMS will change the "last updated" name/date anytime you do anything EXCEPT change categories.
