DMS support can not solve printimng problem from Lacerte.
I have just spent four and half hours with an on-line connection with DMS support with the technician running from Tucson on my computer unsuccessful attempts to solve a issue with a Vista operating system and DMS not being able to open in Lacerte, or Windows notepad using the DMS print driver. He tried setting up a new data base location,registry searches, reinstalling Lacerte and DMS several times. All attempts have failed. Has any had this problem?
