Scanning to DMS.

The DMS system when scanning scans 2-7 pages and then just stops with many more pages in the scanner. I have talked to two Lacerte technicians but they are unable to solve the problem. I have tested the scanner outside Lacerte it scans fine. Any ideas.

Try selecting the WIA selection from the scanner drop down in the scan window.
