Information Return System

We recently installed an HP LaserJet 2015 USB printer to one of our computers, and it prints everything fine including in EasyACCT and Lacerte Tax. However, when we try and print anything in the Information Return System, the printer is struck with a Fatal Error and nothing will print, and we're forced to manually cancel the print job. We have both the 2005 and 2006 versions of IRS, and it will not print in either.It is the only printer on the system. We have printed successfully in every other program (including PDF, web pages, and Word docs) on the computer without issue. The printer is set as default, and the Print Settings in IRS are precisely the same as they are in EasyACCT or Lacerte.Suffice it to say, we're baffled as to how this one program won't print while all others do. Is this a known issue, or is there some other setting we should take a look at?Thanks!
