Auto Doc System

We are a paper less office. 100% E-file. Scan all docs to DMS ... Thought this we save lots of key strokes..... Well I as well have become very disappointed with the auot-doc scanning. I have spent alot of money on my IT guy to be sure everything is perfect. New scanner, computer ect. WE prepare about 1250 tax returns. At first it seemed to be doing fairly well. Nice having all the ER info for E-filing... After 105 returns - We surrender... It was released too early... Do we receive any credits or discounts is my next questions.....Any hope from anyone out their???ThanksRick
