giving up too.

The slowness made this an unusable product.Somebody made the decision in product design tosearch the entire customer data base to find eachsocial security number. In addition to hammeringour 3500 customer data base with too repetitiveof searches that I was worried about corruptionof same. For speed we should have been able toselect the client to drop the data on. Some clients have multiple Married Filing separateand planning files in the data base. The wholesearch process doesn't address that problem.I did try sorting the data base in advance bypreparer with some speed up, for a new customerthat seemed to work ok, but the designers certainlyweren't customer driven in finding out what theneeds of users were.
