Anyone have any good information about the 2007 product? Anyone sign the contract? Any guarantee of refund if it again is a disaster?Thanks.Jay

Lacerte would not give me anything for last years disaster. My Rep totally backed the product as if there was no problem with it.

I have just been informed tha Lacerte has abandoned this product and will not be continuing it for 2007. They are working on "better solutions" for our needs. I hope they consider also not continuing the paycheck for whoever was responsible for this disaster. Lacerte is sending out cash refund checks for those (like myself) who paid in advance for 2007. I am glad that Lacerte is admitting this was a mistake and putting everyone at ease for 07.

What exactly is SDAE I always pay Lacerte up front and last year they did all my rep process and charged me for maney of them several times over. I never had my deposit for 06 or 07 applied to my account. I have sent them tons of faxes regarding all this and they never reply. so of the clients it took weeks and months before they rep process the year prior to that I did the e filing with them and many of my clients returns never reached there state & federal governments as they should have
