Hold down your left mouse button and drag your cursor over the part you want to print and hilite it. In the hilited area, right click, select copy and then paste it to your word processor and print it

To print something from the Help documentation in QB 2009 for Mac, do not use the regular Print command that you use in regular Mac apps. At the top bar in the Help window you'll see a gear-like icon with a down arrow. Click on that and choose Print. You'll be able to print the Help section you have open.
