How do I get a report of a customer's average pay history?

Accountigrate is one place you can find custom reporting that will handle this. They integrate QB with Crystal Reports to accomplish this and offer a free viewer. You don't need Crystal to use the reports. Here is a link to a response from Linda Saltz who does offer a bit of a workaround for this, may help you or may not. I've tried it out myself and my reaction is ...eh, maybe.
