Do you have use client passwords -
I'm trying to use the e-organizers for the first time - If I enter a password for my clients - how do the clients get the password if it's included in the e-organizer that they can't see?Thanks - Sharen

I started to use the electronic organizer for the first time ever this tax year. This is an amazingly awful product. It is so user unfriendly for my clients that I would be ashamed to send it to them.
When clients are paying us to prepare their tax work it is an exceptional stretch of the imagination to assume that older high income individuals have any interest in this "adventure."
Truly an embarassing product.
I would strongly recommend that you don't waste your time or money.
