Information System Uninstallation Problems

Our office is rotating a set of computers through and every time we uninstall the software it deletes everything (except the empty directories themselves because we say no) from the network. Everyone was installed from the network, so none of them should think they are in standalone mode. Thankfully I can just keep pulling shadow copies, but this is getting rather annoying.Is anybody else having this problem?

I guess it is still a bit early in the season yet.
Fun Fact: Restoring an older version of IIRS than the client computers think they are running, and then updating it causes all the computers already updated to think there is an updated version EVERY time you run the program. This leads to a night of uninstalling & reinstalling all the clients.
