This only occurs on one computer. It used to run fine, but now the system navigator appears blcked out in sporadic places. I tried reinstalling to no avail. Any help would be surprising and appreciated.
This is generally a problem with the video driver or changes made to the display settings. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:
1. With EasyACCT closed, right-click on the desktop and select Properties.
2. Switch to the Appearance tab and verify Windows Standard is the Color Scheme and the font size is Normal.
3. Switch to the Themes tab and make sure the theme name is Windows XP, Windows Classic or Windows Classic (Modified).
4. Check the manufacturer's website for updates to the video card driver. If one is available download it.
