ATF payroll w/2006 payroll

We use EasyAcct for several clients mainly to enter after the fact payroll and prepare the quarter/annual tax reports. When starting on 3rd quarter 2007 payroll entry, the program has 2006 transactions listed in the July 2007 period. Rebuild, repair in the batch module and the writeup moduel do not correct the problem. This happend 1st quarter 2007 also. Any suggestions?
