Can not save changes
We have the network version of DMS and one of the many issues we have run in to is not being able to save changes to documents. This is how it goes. Person A opens up a document, makes some changes, saves it, and closes the document. Person B tries to open the document from another computer station and this message pops up "user XXXX is currently editing XXXX document. Any changes you make to this document will not be saved back into DMS." It seems the only way to get around this is to have the other person completely close out of DMS (keep in mind they aren't even accessing the document I'm trying to open up & sometimes they aren't even in the same database). Has anybody else had this issue or found a way to fix it?
