getting rid of unwanted alerts

in loan manager-i deleted a loan,but the alert keeps showing up telling me a payment is due. How do I get rid of the alert?

This has been an ongoing issue and I'm not sure 2010 has resolved it. Here is another thread that describes it and a knowledge base article describing what you can and can't do about it. Sorry, can't be of more help.
