Shortage in Drawer Count but not listed in Store Count therefore Cash in Drawer acct is out of wack. How to fix?
I Z-Out both drawers and one is short. I accept shortage. When I Z-Out store, the shortage is not reflected in my daily totals. I checked Cash in Drawer acct (in QB) and it doesn't reflect shortage either. I normally transfer Cash in Drawer to Undeposited Funds and then make deposit. Where should I fix my shortage? Any suggestions?
