A reimbursable expense is charged to a credit card, but a portion of the charge is paid to you in cash and the remainder is charged to the client. How do you treat the cash portion?

Some people believe it is very funny to give ridiculous answers to people with questions which do not belong on this forum. If you are like me and think it is rude to give the above answer, of if you are offended by such a response to your serious question which Intuit tells you, you will get a respectful and knowledgeable answer, you can report abuse by filling in the report abuse box in the answer that you think is abusive.
Create an invoice to pull the total amount in.
Go to Receive payments and receive the cash payment.
The remaining balance will be available to invoice.
