can not get website creator program to open. running XP plenty of memory when I click on the short cut i get a flash of the hourglass then nothing. Going in to the program files it shows to be there but will not start up

There could be a couple of different issues that are causing this - a firewall or a version of java virtual machine that's not compatible with Sitebuilder or something else. I strongly advise you to create a help ticket in your account for individual assistance from the support department.
