All our desktop computers were upgraded to V9 of QB Pro. The one on the server shows that there are not updates needed but when I press F2, it shows that it is still at V8. Desktops cannot access the server because of different versions. Any help?

The auto update version of the R9 update has been taken down temporarily. You can manually download the R9 update by going to www.quickbooks.com/supportsupport and click the Product Updates link at the top. On the Product Updates page make sure the QuickBooks version displayed is QuickBooks Pro 2009 to ensure you get the right version of the update. Once the version is correct then click on Manual Updates to get the to dowenload the R9 update patch. You will get a prompt to either run or save the update, the update will run faster if you save it to your desktop first then double click on it on the desktop.
We are working to make the auto update available again and we will ener a post to communicate it.
Mike, is there a way to be informed when "automatic updates" will be enabled again?
