Can you make a backup copy monthly, that you can then restore onto the QuickBooks on your PC?
If this is do able, what version of QuickBooks would you need on your PC to make this work?
Also if it is do able, can tech support walk you through the steps of how to download it?

You can export data from QuickBooks Online to the desktop edition. However, the feature is really designed for people who are moving away from QuickBooks Online to the desktop edition. When you export the data, it creates a brand new data file for the desktop edition. Unfortunately, it is not possible to export into an existing data file or to merge data files. Also, there are some limitations to the export that you should be aware of before you export the data.
