ISW QB2010 install problem

Installation of ISW keeps failing with QB 2010. Have bad 2010 install disk so had to use msi file to install. Have done that now no prob.  Now when starting ISW get message to reinstall QB again to fix. Help!

I have same issue - I have fatal error messages as well - unable to use ISW - support line no help.  Anyone have a work around?

Support got working for my problem.  CD totally bad so uninstalled QB2010, downloaded 500mb file from net for 2010 installation file and installed that.  Now it works ok
