How do I delete a check from the print register and keep the transaction. I paid online and therefore do not need a printed check

Change the check number to Online or Echeck.

Open the check and remove the check-mark on the "To Print" option. You might want to put "Online" or "EFT" or something in as the check number to remind you.

Sometimes I make a "check number" (or the memo field) have the on-line "transaction confirmation number" that I'm given, which might go on and on for 12 digits. I might make the "check number" be "OnLine" and the memo be "conf # 123456789012."
