Clean up data utility: an error message comes up during verifying that there is a problem; next is the data rebuild and that even stops with an error message saying we should start over and call tech support. Why, what can tech support do?

Hit the F2 key and see how many fragments you have (it should be less than 10). You can create a portable file and restore it. Also, try defragging the hard drive or server to help if there are lots of fragments.
