I'm trying to install the Doent Management System for the first time. Near the end of the install I got error code 1603 saying the program could not be installed. I tried to remove the program so I could reboot and try again and it couldn't be removed. So I rebooted and tried again anyway with the same outcome. Any suggestions or others who have experienced problems?

I'm moving your post over to the DMS forum. Did you receive any additional message with the error code 1603? Also, are installing from a download or from a disk? When do you receive the error message? If you call support you will want to have the answers to these questions ready.

The error said that it was not possible to complete installation of the ....... client. Don't remember the word before client and am not at the office to try again at the moment. The error code was on the next line.
I am downloading the program. I received the message when the installation appeared to be almost complete based on the status line on the screen. Then the installation terminated.
