Error engine 3175

I am getting an error after proforming the client to 2008 when I want to view the form. The error is engine 3175. How do I fix.

Also, when I want to view input screens the program hesitates between fields, especially in depreciation fields.

This issue may be caused by a corrupt install of the program or conflict with third-party programs.
